At Tushbaby, we want you and your little one to love our products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
